Fantastic customer service. From the first phone call, I was so impressed with the customer service offered by Trevor. He offered to schedule his break around the time that was convenient for me to arrive at the store. The suitcase was sent in for repairs and I received it back much quicker than anticipated. I am so impressed with Samsonite and it's employees. Great job!

I came here because my luggage of 15+ years needed a little repair. I didn't think it would still be under warranty but much to my surprise it was. They sent it off for me and I just received it. They did a good job of repairing it. I also took advantage of the Memorial day sales and was pleasantly pleased with my purchase. I recommend this store if you are looking for good reliable luggage.
