My experience at Baylor Scott Medical ER hospital etc.. was not like others who’ve left a review. The ER staff has always been helpful and caring towards my needs. I’ve come to the ER twice this past year and the doctors were surprisingly attentive and easy to communicate with. I had Covid complications and stayed over night and was taken to a hospital room. The hospital staff was great as well, nurses, techs, doctors and kitchen staff. I did not feel like a burden but rather taken care of and I knew I was in good hands.
