Cuts & Curls For Boys & Girls

They were so nice and did cute haircuts on my grandchildren. Also a huge bonus they were great with my grandson who is on the spectrum

Our boys have been coming here since they opened. All the stylist are great with them. We no longer live in the area but are happy to make the longer drive for the outstanding service.

I scheduled a 10:00 am appointment for my child but when we arrived, the doors were locked. My family owned a salon many years ago, so I assumed someone was in the back, getting things ready, etc. and they just had not come out to open it yet. After looking closer (we were waiting outside), the lights weren't on. I tried to call, maybe they lost track of time, no answer.

At 10:06, someone arrived and unlocked the door. No apology for being late or anything. Another stylist came in who had clearly been waiting in their car or in one of the close by shops because they clearly didn't have a key (this ended up being our stylist). We sat down and waited patiently while they set up, turned on lights, etc. It was 10:10 by the time my child sat down to get their haircut.

While this wasn't a great start, the saving grace was our stylist, Christina. My child has varying levels of curls, ranging wavy to tight, in different areas of their head. She listened, made recommendations, and was clearly knowledgeable about my child's difficult hair. She was friendly and worked well with them and the overall outcome was stellar. It's been a week and my child still loves their hair and talks about the place with the Ty stuffies. 😆

Overall, not a good start but redeemed with a good outcome. Side note: there's a donut place next door if you need a snack.

Great place!!! Website said walk-ins welcome. So I took my two year old in and we were taken care of immediately. Very good looking facility without the super cheesiness of a average kids hair shop. Still my son was entertained by movies playing on the TV and loved all the dinosaurs on display.

Only slight negative was there was nothing that said how much a cut costs. The hair stylist was however super friendly and very calming for my son. Absolutely will go back and get his hair cut again.
