Arrington Ridge

Let’s just say these apartments are beautiful! They are very spacious for the price you pay and you get quite a lot of amenities as well. Every staff member in the office are trained very well and they communicate & listen to you if you do have a problem. They are all super friendly and have the “do it right” attitude. I love that! Maintenance is on top of things as well. They are all hard workers and eager to do it correctly and promptly. The pool, car wash, gym and sauna are the best! Getting all of those amenities & MORE at the price you pay is unbeatable. I highly recommend Arrington to anyone looking in the area.

Let me just start by saying the property management team is the nicest, most responsive and willing management I’ve ever experienced. Whenever we have an issue, unlike a lot of other properties, they want the feedback and will ACTUALLY try their hardest to make it right. I had a more negative review before this one because of a few temporary issues and a few days later, management reached out to me and addressed all of the problems I was experiencing. We have had a small problem with ants but that’s the only long term issue there has been here and management is working very closely with us to make sure we get it taken care of. I’m on the top floor so I may be a little biased, but unlike some of the reviews I’ve seen I haven’t heard any neighbors through the walls except a dog but that’s normal everywhere. They’re very animal friendly and there’s not dog poop all over the property. They we really do keep it clean. We really like the sauna and the pool is pretty good too. The units are very nice with premium finishes, such as the marble counter tops, the dark cabinets and the crown molding. Cat approved.

I loved living at Arrington Ridge Apartments. My 1 bedroom was very spacious and a great price compared to all the apartments near the outlet mall. The pool was my favorite spot to relax! Manager Kimberlee and Assistant Manager Fairen were always super responsive and went above and beyond their job duties in making sure tenants are being taken care of.
