Quick response time. Staff was easy to work with, knowledgeable, and had no problems answering questions. They have an extensive catalog of products, as well as samples to view and feel in-store. He went way above and beyond to ensure that our Christmas present was completed on time. He also made several attempts to call, e-mail, and text me to let me know that they were closing early for the holiday. I was so busy that I did not see the message until almost 5 when they closed at 3. The owner graciously opened the doors and waited for me until I got there at 5:10. She greeted me with a warm smile and a Merry Christmas. This type of experience was a breath of fresh air in a world that seems to have forgotten what customer service is all about.
