So glad he did because we definitely would have wished we went with a bigger lift after spending money on the 3". What a difference! The truck looks great and we both are very happy! It was for the best price and best place around anywhere after a few months of research. Had some miscommunication issues at one point and Carson totally took care of the issue and stepped it up in a big way, while being humble, without hesitation. Good man right there! “This company is top notch for customer service and pricing! It’s a Veteran family owned business! My father found this business for me online since my wife and I had been shopping around for pool tables. We checked a couple of other places out around the area. My opinion none of them can match this company. Again I must say their pricing and customer service cannot be beat or even compared to. I called them on a Sunday afternoon and one of the owners by the name of Christian answered the phone. I let him know that we were interested in one of their used pool tables because the price was definitely right. I had asked him if they were open or available on Sunday so we could view it. I let him know that we were highly interested if it was still available. Thankfully it was still available. Then Christian gave me a time frame of 2:30pm - 4:00pm that day today to meet up. We set the time frame to meet at 2:30pm. I called to check to see if he was there and sure enough he was already there waiting for our arrival. Their warehouse/business is pretty nice and clean. They have multiple pool tables to choose from on their show room floor. They even had the one I really wanted but again I was set on this used pool table because my father was going to buy it for me as a birthday gift. So I wasn’t really worried about the new pool table. When we met Christian in person, he was polite, courteous, professional, and helpful in deciding what to choose. He explained in detail about the felt being brand new on this used pool table. He other ones that were available but the style of the one my father saw was nice and had the diamonds I liked instead of the usual circles on the banks. We even discussed about mine and my father’s time in the military. That’s when we learned about Christian and his brother serving in the military as well. As we were discussing about purchasing it, he let me know about the warranty, the delivery and installation being free. It also came with two cue sticks, an eight ball rack, and some Ambassador balls. After purchasing he let us know about delivery being available the next day. I was like perfect because I had already taken off from work to recover from the weekend. When the delivery arrived I met Christian’s father; however, I didn’t know it at the time it was his dad. His dad and brother installed the pool table, they were very professional, courteous, polite, and outgoing. They made it look simple setting up the pool table. His brother definitely bench pressed the slate pool table. I was like “man I bet you don’t have to go to the gym after setting these up.” He was like “yeah no gym for me after setting these up.” They also explained to my father when he asked if they used beeswax or not. My father has owned like four pool tables in his life time. Christian’s brother kindly explained to my father in detail on why they use beeswax and what other products can be used but definitely explained the benefits to using bees wax. After they finished Christian’s father polished up my pool table and his brother gave me all the details on how to take care of the table. Those both explain everything to me. I knew some of the things they explained to me but I also learned some new care tactics from these guys. Overall, I am really satisfied with Trooper Billiard Services. I am really glad my father found them. My family and I love supporting our fellow veterans and family owned businesses. They will definitely continue to get my business.”

“Stopped by unexpectedly while passing through Round Rock. Nice coffee shop that had a really nice ambiance. Inside was nicely decorated and seemed nice to relax over a drink. Good mix of about 10 tables on the inside and 10 tables under the covered patio outside. There was a short line, but the sitting areas were empty as most were getting their orders to go. Very nice staff who were all friendly, polite, and helpful. They quickly took the orders and had them ready within 5 minutes. They have a good mix of hot drinks, cold drinks, coffee, teas, smoothies, small snacks, etc.... Was a nice evening, so sat outside. Even though it connects to the parking lots, there wasn't much traffic and it wasn't loud at all. This was a nice place to have a drink and relax even if you're not a coffee drinker.”

“I had a huge hive under my house which was preventing the plumber from working on some busted water pipes from the February freeze (I’ve been without running water since February 15th). I contacted Randy, explained the issue, got a quote & made an appointment for him to come out & look into the live removal of the honey bees. Randy was friendly & professional & did an excellent job. “3/2021 My husband and I are shopping for a light weight camper that can be pulled by an EV. We have changed our mind a few different times and have transferred out 'hold' payment to 3 different campers. Lucas has been great to work with, patient with all the questions and camper hopping, and is always very knowledgeable. The staff has always been very kind and friendly with my kids as their patience dwindles the longer we shop. We can't wait for our camper to arrive. I will update this review if we ever need service. 2.2022 - We have used the camper four times. FOUR. We have a broken break wire, a flooded water tank (clean water, beneath the floors), as well as leaking propane tanks that won't stop even if we turn them fully closed. We called the second we got back from camping (where we had no heat or water in 35* mountain conditions). They said we can bring it in in 2.5 weeks! It's sitting in our driveway pouring propane into the air. Super frustrated at the moment. Reached out directly to Aliner for more and possibly faster help.”
