“They speak Spanish!! Communication is through the roof! Eddie and his team kept me updated weekly with what was going on with my car, they also made the insurance process super easy. Many places told me it’d be months of repair & Eddie got it done in less than a month. “I saw David working on another RV. I stopped and spoke with him. I told him none of my sensors would read zero and haven't in some time. He said he would flush the tanks and have them read zero. He came to my RV and proceeded cleaning. After about an hour he had all sensors reading zero. I watched as he worked and was amazed at how clear the water became. They corrected the damage, reinforced the area to prevent future damage, replaced the roof TPO covering, tests all the systems and it looks better than new! They are the greatest! When the dealership would not even answer the phone, Auer’s went out of their way to get my work done right. Highly recommend and will comeback next year to add an additional awning to my RV!!! Brian here at Team Scream had exactly what I was looking for, a very clean 2015 CBR500R. I had an excellent buying experience, he started the bike up, and rode it shortly while I was looking at it to show me it's in working condition. When I came to pick it up, Brian had me follow him for a short ride along so he could make sure I'm capable of making it home safely on my new bike. Very caring guy looking out for brand new riders.
