They were helpful, knowledgeable and friendly right from the first time I walked into the rental office. They were excellent at listening and explaining what I needed to know in order to move-in and get my paperwork handled properly. Now that I have moved-in and have been part of the community, I have to say that it is always a friendly experience to stop by the office whenever I need help or have a maintenance request. Oh, and all my maintenance requests have been handled within 24 hours without any fuss. My neighbors are all courteous and quiet. All of my appliances are clean and work. The apartment was immaculate for my move-in. Special shout out to Austin who has made me feel very comfortable when asking questions or stopping by to inquire about policy.”
