He took care of our project from the very beginning and took the time to make sure we knew exactly what we needed and put together the right team for the job. His project team was very professional through the construction period and the project manager (Richard) communicated often and clearly. The PM visited the site regularly and stayed in tune with progress of the job and noticed when changes needed to be made by his team. Not only have they gone above and beyond to help me, I feel like they actually know who I am and care how I am. My boyfriend usually picks up my prescriptions and they know him too.
