“Returning from the Fundamental 5 Conference, our team decided to stop here since we were not able to try the BBQ on the way to the conference. The restaurant is located inside of a strip mall next to a gym, talk about making you feel guilty, with plenty of parking. As you enter, you must place your order at the desk. The inside is big and very clean with large tables for a big group. The BBQ side bar has all the items you'd like pickles, onion, jalapeños, etc. I ordered the 3 meat plate ( ribs/brisket/sausage ) with okra & green beans. The brisket had a regular taste nothing great. The ribs were tender with a good smoke flavor and sausage was good. The green beans were truly a delicious side and okra crispy. The customer service was above average making the visit 4 stars and worth the stop at Georgetown. If you don't mind feeling guilty next to the gym, Pok-e-Jo's worth the visit.”

“We had a project to pour a slab and sidewalk, install a rock driveway, install utilities for full hookups for an RV, and install a cover over the pad. Chad and his team were very friendly through the entire process. He took care of our project from the very beginning and took the time to make sure we knew exactly what we needed and put together the right team for the job. His project team was very professional through the construction period and the project manager (Richard) communicated often and clearly. The PM visited the site regularly and stayed in tune with progress of the job and noticed when changes needed to be made by his team. They were patient with her as she decided where she wanted things and how she wanted things moved (despite her forgetting her hearing aids were already packed!). They were gentle with her furniture, especially the more fragile antiques, which helped ease the stress that she was feeling that day. She did a partial stage, using our existing furniture and bringing in items, such as pillows (so many!), and a variety of decorations, as well as furniture including a dining table, chairs, and a couch, where we had empty space. She gave us clear direction for what to do to make the house as appealing to potential buyers as possible while we still lived in the house. Not surprisingly, the house looked so much more inviting with her touches than with my own decorating efforts! She arranged for a prompt removal once we were in contract. “This office is fantastic and Dr Kirk and the dental associates, techs, hygienists are all 5 Star!!! Very thorough in explaining everything that's happening on the visit, and they are transparent about costs, out of pocket, insurance, etc. Nearly everyone is friendly, with sincere greetings, smiles and so on. this is all important to me because going to the dentist can be unsettling, and so the warmth of the staff helps me immensely. I dropped a star because the reception when entering the front door didn't feel as welcoming, barely a mutter, no eye contact very sterile unfortunately.”

“We were traveling from Fort Worth to Austin on a late Friday afternoon when our oil pressure light came on and we’re stuck in Round Rock with tour a drivable car. No dealership could get us in for a week, but Marioshop told us to drive over. It was an hour before they closed but they tested the car, figured out what could be the problem and fixed it on Monday. They were easy to work with, knowledgeable, friendly and competent. They did what they said they would without over promising. I would highly recommend this shop.”

“We never eat here we normally go to Church’s BUT they were closed yesterday for what ever reason and we decided to try it. The staff were so busy in the drive thru, that has THREE LANES BTW! The staff were really working, working. Great group of employees. Not a long wait at all, we ordered the 2 piece with a side. We wanted a leg, thigh and I got mac n cheese and my husband ordered the fried okra. Everything we ordered tasted way better than KFC. We would go back, only negative there was a hole in the bottom of my sweet tea and leaked all inside my car.”

They make you feel extremely comfortable and are very accommodating to people with dental anxiety (which I barely have anymore because I know how amazing they are). They don’t make you sit in the waiting room forever like all other dentist offices do. They clearly lay out what you need and what your options are. They are quick and efficient and never make you worried that they rushed. They also make great recommendations on when to get work done to get the most of out of your insurance benefits. They address the problems you have and any questions and they never hide things to get you to come back. They were the first dentists to tell me about my teeth grinding issue and suggest solutions, while other dentists hid it from me so I would come back for more work. They work so hard to make sure you get the most excellent care. I would recommend this place to anybody and everybody!”
