(May 15, 2020, 3:50 pm)I called 29 vets before making an appointment with Countyline. I was looking for a professional vet, but something that wasn't going to "break the bank". I was provided with a fast appointment, professional demeanor and great service provided. I was given a call when Larry woke up from surgery to let me know how he was feeling. Larry is feeling well, he's up and walking around.
(April 18, 2020, 2:53 pm)The staff and doctors do everything they can to make it possible to see your pet and treat you with the upmost respect. They take your furry loved one into their care with such compassion. I loved this experience and would recommend them to anyone.
(April 11, 2020, 8:26 pm)The staff and doctors were amazing and super patient with me while my baby was there for his ear surgery before and after the procedure even with me getting to visit everyday until he came home. They answered all my questions and assured me that he was in good hands. My baby has never been under anesthesia before so this was super hard for me (I think it was worse for me then my dog haha) I Wouldn’t change a thing! Thank you guys for taking amazing care of my baby
(March 15, 2020, 11:27 am)I love this clinic. The people here are so kind & friendly. We feel so welcomed & taken care of each & every time we are there. It all starts in the front office. The ladies up front are all friendly & knowledgeable. Doesn't matter who's working, they are all consistently good people.
The vets & vet techs are equally friendly & caring. They are so wonderful with me & my fur babies. I have sent my son's girlfriend to them for her horse as well & they took such great care of her & helped her feel calm & taken care of after a bit of a traumatic experience for her.
Before I moved to La Vernia & drove out from San Antonio. It was worth the drive!
(June 19, 2019, 1:03 am)They were friendly and gental to my needs. Very professional. I had to put a family member down. It was the hardest thing I'd ever had to do. Thank you so much for being compassionate with my dog.
