I just purchased a Black 2021 Ford Expedition Max and my experience here was great! Marisol and Aubrey were both extremely helpful in communication and finding a way for approval. Aubrey stayed past 8pm helping me do financial paperwork and the next morning I was getting phone calls from Justin assuring me he was working towards an available avenue. I ended up getting approved by noon. Definitely will be coming back for future vehicle purchases.

Last week, I purchased a 2021 Toyota Tundra TRD from Shottenkirk Toyota.

He provided me with extensive information on features, amenities, and options. That information was vital in helping me narrow down my choices, and make an informed decision.

Brendon Powell was very helpful and went out of his way and the extra mile to find me the perfect car I was looking for. You can’t get service like this anywhere in Dfw. Out of all my experience buying cars this has by far been the most pleasant, simplest and streamlined process. Sorry I am just now posting this review. I purchased my 2022 Toyota Tundra back at the beginning of April 2022. I have never been a big fan of going to a car delaership and spending half or my whole day there trying to buy a vehicle. I was in the market for a new vehicle so I went to the dealership to look around. Salesman Alejandro Santago came outside and met with me and assisted me. Alejandro was very professional and courteous. He walked the entire lot with me and helped me find the best vehicle that fit my needs. I ended up buying a new 2022 Toyota Tundra. This was the only new Tundra they had on the lot. Sales Manager Dillon Erck was also great and very professinal and courteous. He did everything he could to help us get the deal and the payments we wanted on the Tundra. Justin Bateman in finance was wonderful also. He explained everything to me in great detail. He was able to get me some great warranties for my new Tundra at some great prices. This entire experience took no more than 2 hours. I was very happy and pleased with my new truck buying experience. I definitely will be coming back.

I have owned many trucks throughout my lifetime and this Toyota Tundra is by far the best truck I have ever had.
