Mark didn't have the needed diagnostic cable to link to my Suzuki engine and ordered the link connector. He has asked me to bring the boat back when it arrives. I appreciate the effort of him reaching out to make it right.

I'm a newcomer to power boating and just purchased an older boat with a Mercruiser Alpha One Gen One sterndrive. I like to do my own maintenance and, even though my visits surely cost him money, Allen has gone out of his way to help me find what I need. His encyclopedic knowledge of Mercruisers matches nicely with my beginner's understanding of boat motors and outdrives. Better yet, he's had the parts I came looking for in stock and at good prices! Would recommend!
