Marcelina Creek Cabins & RV Park

I have friends who stay there. They r doing great things with the place!!

I've been here about a month and it's been awesome. Growing fast and cabins and RV spaces are all full. Love the free cable and extremely spacious RV space, separated by a semi private fence so the neighbors sewer hookup isn't right outside your front door like most places. Pet friendly and able to put up temporary fencing for a yard so doggos can run and play safely. I also love that it's gated and a police officer lives on site. The manager Jennifer goes out of her way to take care of guests and seems to be doing a great job managing this big place on her own. My only suggestion would be to plant some fast growing trees for shade. I highly recommend this place for short term vacation or long term living!

We stayed here for almost 2 years while working out of town. It was our home away from home. Very family friendly, love the amenities. We miss it very much.

Owner, manager, maintenance all treated us so respectfully while living there; while waiting for our house to be built we made Marcelina home. We were treated like family and always felt so safe there. We survived Covid 2020 and Snow2021 there and made many memories. Family oriented, safe, clean inside and out, well maintained, pet friendly. The Nieto family gives Marcelina Creek 5 stars!!! Ask for Jennifer !

The pictures do not do this beautiful place any justice. The owner and the manager are extremely nice, they took my calls & questions after 7 p.m., & the move-in was smooth. I saw a few cabins, and they are clean and kept up. My husband and I parked a fifth-wheel and feel very lucky (as there’s only 4 spots). We have more than enough room to park 3 vehicles and a cargo trailer within our “fenced” spot. I’ve never seen an RV Park or place that provides you with ample room to park, that’s clean, or near the main highway to go straight to work. We’ve been in Odessa, Tx, Kenedy Tx, Floresville, Tx (a different RV Park), and this has been the best!!!! In addition, when I step out of our RV, I don’t have to worry about my shoes getting all ugly because the caliche/rock is paved perfectly. It’s not uneven where I can fall if I’m wearing heels. I’m so glad we snagged a spot. My husband and I mind our own business, don’t bother anyone, respect everyone’s time of wanting to come home/place to quietness, and this place offers us this in return. We love it!!!!
