We have nothing but positive comments relating to the services and telephone responses we have concerning our equipment which includes a LA525 Series Tractor and a RTV utility vehicle. We are constantly in contact with the parts manager in order to keep our equipment under warranty and are always provided with the appropriate parts and services and purchase other miscellaneous supplies from the store.

I bought a Kubota RTV 1140 originally and now a Zero Turn. Both times the salesman Pete has been exceptionally professional, polite, and friendly. My dealings with the Service Department, Andrew and Daniel, have been very good, again professional, and easy to work with. Honestly, working with these people brought me back for the Zero Turn. I was thinking about a different Zero Turn for half the money, but sometimes dealing with quality people trumps the price. I know they will go out of their way to make it right.

They have tremendous people who take pride in their work. If they show my drivers and I the highiest level of customer service I would expect they would do the same for you as a customer!!
