Emergency Care of Floresville

This is my 2nd visit here. Both have been excellent. Everyone I interacted with was pleasant and professional. I definitely recommend coming here when you need urgent care.

Walked in and the check in process was quick and efficient, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Keith was was great at being able to decipher what i was saying even though I could barely talk. Would highly recommend to friends and family

I was having lots of pain in my elbow and arm. After 2 days of suffering with it I finally went for help. I have been to this emergency facility with my children and have always been taking well care of. This was my first time as a patient though. From the receptionist, to the nurse, to the doctor were nothing, but amazing. I didn't catch the nurses name, but he was truly great. Was able to get me in and seen promptly despite it looking like every exam room being full. He was able to look at my injury and tell me right away what he thought I was dealing with. Dr Leah Kernan was amazing and had me in and out within 30 minutes with an answer and treatment plan. Highly recommend this place and will use for any future health concerns. Thank you to the entire staff!!

It’s so wonderful to finally have an urgent care in Floresville. I brought my granddaughter there when she was sick a couple of weeks ago, and the doctor was absolutely wonderful. Took the time and listened and gave suggestions, I didn’t feel rushed at all. Both the nurse and the receptionist were wonderful as well. Again so grateful to have you in town!

We took are one year old here from a fall he encountered.It was the first time for us. Everyone was welcoming ,facility was clean and we were in and out within 20 minutes. We also noticed we got help by a nurse and doctor. Most places we've been to like this just have nurse practitioner and medical assistant.Not that there's anything wrong with that it's just nice to know next time we need to visit. My son has been in and out of hospital since he was 2 months old so if we can avoid big ER hospitals.We will come here whenever we need medical attention.
