“I’ve been using their products for a couple of months from their online store, but I am excited to see a store front opening so conveniently in La Vernia. I was having several bouts a week of feeling overly anxious with my heart racing and it feeling difficult to get my breath and talked to Jenn and Dylan about options. “He’s been my daughters dentist since she was 1. I will never forget when she was 4 she had two cavities & Dr Flietes let me know ahead of time if it’s more than what he’s willing to do (such as more major like surgery, putting to sleep, etc) he does not do that there because “I want kids to know the dentist isn’t a scary place, at least not my place (LOL) and one thing I will never do is traumatize a child.” He’s upheld those words for 10 years. Every appointment is a 5 star from every staff member. He knows what customer service means & I’ve never encountered anything but kindness from Dr Flietes & staff! I think the longest we’ve ever waited to be seen was like 7 minutes. So appointments are scheduled to where you’re basically seen on arrival. I love that. My daughter is 11 & she sees him twice a year. Now he sees my 1 year old son.”

“We enjoy coming here. The staff is welcoming and compassionate. I do not feel judged by them. My son feels comfortable talking and engaging with the therapists. He admits that music therapy is his favorite time spent there. The staff is flexible and helps to meet your time schedule and personal needs. Covid was no problem they switched to video conferencing and my son enjoyed showing them where he lives which gives them a better outlook on situations at home. They are my choice and my recommendation to anyone that asks.”

“BEST Dentist ever! I went to Dr. Elizondo for several years prior to moving states. I wish I could still see him. He was always very caring and made me feel very comfortable during my visits. I have super bad dental anxiety and he listened to me and made sure I was always comfortable and went above and beyond to work with me. I highly recommend this office. His staff is fabulous as well. “YOU ACTUALLY GET TO SEE A DOCTOR! I moved from San Antonio and let me tell you, I saw my actual doctor only 3 times in 8 years!!! Here is been every single time! The whole family started going to the office here in La Vernia a few months ago....and what a doozy of a few months it's been! Out of 7 of us, someone has had something wrong often! We are so thankful for them and don't know if my parents would've survived Covid without them. They always answer my questions, without making me feel stupid. They get us in as soon as possible if needed, which is normally the same day or at least next.”
