“I had a part from an independent store in Los Angeles California to return for a core. The clerk there said I could return it at any store and get my money back. He was wrong. When I needed a part again I came to this store and was waited on by the store manager, David, who informed me that the part must be from a supplier he can't use because his corporate store log in couldn't find the part number and because of that he couldn't take it and give me my core fee back at first, but after a little effort on his part to manuever through their system somehow found a way to help me here instead of turning me away and sending me back to the west coast for my money because the computer said to. Awesome customer service!! Will definitely be doing more business with napa now than I did before.”
