Waited to hit 30k on my trans before making review and I’m more than happy with my new built transmission would recommend to everyone hauling heavy like I do

Only complaint I have I think the service price to upkeep the trans and my warranty is a bit steep but…. It is what it is I’ll continue to come here for all trans related issues

They quoted a price, then sent tow truck to pick up my suburban. Completed on time in about a week. Been driving it for 6 weeks now. Excellent work. Friendly service. They'll get all of my transmission work.

I dropped my truck at the dealership on Monday and said I would be out of town for the week, that this was a good time to have it fixed. When I returned late Friday, the dealership hadn’t looked at it, giving the reason,” we’re at least a week behind and we don’t work weekends “. I took my truck home .
The next Monday, I call Transmission Exclusive. Within an hour, they had picked up my truck from my work. An hour later, they called me with a diagnosis and an exact quote. Wednesday, they brought my truck to my workplace running perfectly and with a warranty. This is customer service. The dealership could take a lesson from these people.

I highly recommend Transmission Exclusive!! Lee and his staff are extremely knowledgeable about what they do! They drove over 30 miles to pick up my car and even dropped it off at my work once the work was completed. Sarah kept me informed while work was being completed. Very friendly and easy to work with!
