I would highly recommend them. We lost our son and that has been the hardest thing we’ve had to live with. Chet and all his employees were amazing and very helpful if it wasn’t for them taking great care of us we would have been lost. I didn’t even know where to start on planning a funeral. The viewing, service and funeral all turned out beautiful. They did everything possible to make my son’s funeral amazing. My son deserves the best and Hawkins funeral home in Decatur made that happen. I can’t thank them enough for everything they did.
My Daughters and I are very thankful for everyone at Hawkins Funeral Home. Trey and his Wonderful staff including Terry, Kerry and Fred and others took such great care of us. The passing of my Wife has been the hardest thing I have gone through in my life and they held us up and were there for us as a Family would during it all. They have also checked in on us after the fact. They took the time to meet with us and make everything smooth and perfect.

With a couple of misunderstandings on my part they were so helpful getting them fixed last minute. They were so kind to my family. The Staff at Hawkins was very kind during the process of planning my mother’s final services. The prices was very clear never at anytime did I feel like I was being taken advantage of. Even though her services where done on a budget I never felt like we was treated second class in anyway. Thank you Chet, Yvonne and your team for helping her services be as seamless as possible.
