Kayla has done a great job with assisting me on my disability claim and other VA issues. This office has also assisted my grandmother on multiple occasions and she is the widow of a veteran.

Laura spain is one gifted veteran she was the only one to fix my Claim that the DAV screwed up.. after 5 years of nothing but mistakes. She fixed it so that i can get my claim and she is still helping me with the other claims...She is God's gift to Decatur Veterans service..
