Self Storage of Decatur

My home in Decatur completely flooded while I was away for Christmas. Self Storage of Decatur rented me a climate controlled unit immediately. It helped to make this absolutely traumatic event easier knowing I had a safe place (which was close) to put my personal things and furniture. I was pleased to see how nice the place was maintained too.

Great place for storage from household items, cars, RVs to boats and trailers. Property is cleanly maintained and monitored by a security system (cameras and pin code for motorized gate).
Signing up on the website was a breeze and finalizing with Shelly on the property was seamless. Just make sure you check hours of operation prior to making an office visit.
Would recommend to anyone moving to immediate area and will definitely use if additional storage is needed in the future.

Incredible customer service! We rented some parking spaces on this company's website on a Sunday afternoon, expecting that we wouldn't be able to access the facility until at least Monday. However, even though the office was closed, Shelly, the property manager for the facility, called me within 45 minutes to provide me with a gate code and instructions for accessing the facility so we could use it right away. She then let us choose which exact spaces we wanted to help better fit our needs. It's very refreshing to find that there are still companies that provide excellent customer service and that go the extra mile to help their customers out.
