  I appreciated the ability to bring my cat in to be seen when our other vet had a wait time I didn't feel appropriate. The wait for service can be long as it is s first come first served but honestly, I didn't mind. I was just grateful for him to be seen. I like the no nonsense approach and feel our pet was dealt with appropriately. Based on my experience, this facility is now our cat's permanent care taker. I did not experience any rude or condescending behavior at all.

  These people are so kind and wonderful. I did not experience any rudeness of any kind like these other review state, the front desk ladies were very compassionate and caring. Everyone was beyond nice when they had to deliver the unfortunate news and I can tell that they really did everything for my baby that they could. Thank you all so much for everything and especially thank you to Dr. Harrison.

  Sara is great with my dogs. Everyone is very friendly. My only concern is I needed emergency care for my dog Lacy. They couldn't get me in. Lacy died the next day. Maybe something they couldn't have done for her but I need a vet in an emergency situation.

  I had to leave my baby girl in the hospital at the Clinic and everyone was extremely nice to me the whole time and they took really good care of Abbey and fixed right up! The price was great too! I am new to Decatur and this will be the Veterinary Service here! Great place!

  These folks are amazing. They handle large animals and small animals. Lucky for me, because my 2dogs are bigger than miniature horses. Small animals are walk in first come basis. Staff is very friendly and professional. I trust them with all my animals large and small. Great prices is a bonus.
