This location's employees provide the best customer service of any of the Sonic locations that I've been to in the Oklahoma City metropolitan area. The beverages and food are decent food 3.5 stars and beverages 4.25 stars. If you're in Choctaw and want Sonic, I recommend giving this location a try.
Good food, but overpriced.
Service is great. If you don’t like being served by high school kids trying to work stay home or go to the appropriate venue. They’re learning work ethic and life lessons and that’s why food is priced as is due to savings on student staff. I’d rather save a buck and be waited on by local youngsters trying to work.
You know he's the best when 4 other mechanic shops recommend you take your vehicle to him!
I want to say that I have not yet used The Shop for vehicle repairs, but I absolutely will in the future. Yesterday my F250 started overheating as I was driving down 287. I pulled off and found coolant all over the hood. I didn’t know if it was a coolant line or the radiator but I could no longer drive the truck. After a couple hours waiting for the tow truck my insurance company was supposed to send, only to find out the wanted to charge me an extra $250 for the tow, then trying to fit the truck on my own trailer with no success, I was out of options. I was able to drive my truck down the shoulder to the closest mechanic, which happened to be the shop. Even though they were closed and it was a Friday night, the owner came outside and took a look at my truck. He explained how I could diagnose the exact problem so I could get the right part. He offered to fix it but said we was running 2 weeks behind. After looking at the truck and helping me out, he said I could park the truck on the property while I figured out how I would get it towed. I told him about the wrecker service I had tried to use. He recommended Kemp’s Wrecker out of Decatur. I called Kemp’s and they showed up in less than 30 minutes and charged $100 less than Big Z was going to charge me (and that was on top of what they would get from State Farm). These days it’s hard to find good, trustworthy people. The owner of The Shop is a great guy and I would trust him with any of my vehicles.
Our go to mechanic. Period! Great guy, honest, fair, hard working!
Fair, honest, good work, and quick turn. What more can you really ask for? doesn't add anything more than what you need. very open and honest on solutions to issues.
If your looking for an honest fair priced mechanic, this is the place your looking for. This is the only place I take my vehicles.
