Wish that you offered a smaller vacuum to clean the crevices in the seats or smaller areas to not tear the leather, windshield washer fluid or glass spray to clean the windows better and something to hold the rugs while vacuum near the station. “This has probably been the best car wash I’ve ever been too! I went it with my car covered in dust and bugs and it got it cleaned up real good! Most car washes you go to there will be left over dust and etc but I was surprised how washed it actually was and the vacuums worked great and strong! “I have been here numerous times as it’s just a few blocks from me. Never had any issues or problems. Staff is always friendly and helpful if needed. I will note I went in 2/27 and it was packed. We prob were in line 15/20 mins for a wash. No biggie, it was a nice day. I don’t know how on a busy day, how accurate your wash is. I paid $15 for the premium wash that comes with a wheel blast and shine. At other locations as well as previous washes at B&K, I know a tire shine looks like. After this wash, I do not see this as a tire shine and I’ve had better washes here previously as well as other car washes. The entire back of the car didn’t get the foamy pre wash brush (by the employee) so it’s still dirty, ugh. Not sure I’ll be back with inconsistent service. Side note - they do have free vacuums.”

“I like this outlet. First of all yes it is good to pamper your car with wash. I came for a quick 8$ wash but then thought yores need pampering so opted for 18$ wash. The guy suggested that u can sign up for trial first month and if you feel that you are not liking it. U can stop the service 7 days prior to the renewal date. I think i liked the service unlimited wash and free towel dry is really economical. But i will go for 20$ unlimited wash service. There is no difference other then shampooing post wash between elite and basic unlimited. I like the convenience that you can use free vaccum for the car deep cleaning by urself. It's good to have the facility nearby like this. If u regularly commute for work, you must choose this. I don't have regular ofc but still looks good when ur car shines bright.”
