“UPDATE: January 23rd I got a call from Gloss nails and they apologized profusely for my experience. They then invited me to come back in so they could fix my nails. I do really appreciate this gesture, but I was still a little hesitant. In the end, I wanted to give them a fair chance and went back in today. They went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my nails. They redid both my manicure and pedicure, and they nail tech who did the work was very sweet. Thank you to Gloss for doing this. I really appreciate it. ORIGINAL POST: I’ve gone to this nail salon a few times in the past with pretty good results. Today, though, I can’t say I’m happy at all with my mani/pedi. My manicure (a gel manicure) looks OK overall, but I can tell that the nail tech didn’t go all the way to the end of the nail tips with the polish, and I know this will impact how long this manicure lasts. The pedicure, though, is a disaster. It felt great and the lady was very nice, but she had a problem with my pinky toe on my one foot and just kept adding more polish on it. I looked closely at it when I got home and there was a huge blob of thick polish on the nail that smeared all over the toe next to it. Looking at other nails, they’re cut unevenly and the polish on all of them looks lumpy. And with the prices they charged, it really should be perfect. I can’t say I’ll be going back.”

“Truly excellent! I've had electrolysis AND laser hair removal before without much result. But Danie has State of the Art equipment and it WORKS. I started out with chin hair that looked like ZZ Top! I'm 6 sessions in and most of it is GONE! In addition, Danie is super professional, non judgmental, and makes you feel very comfortable. I wouldn't even consider anyone else. Electrolysis works on any color hair and it is permanent. Excellent Electrolysis and Danie are the BEST. I am SO happy with the results.”
