“I used the Key Me machine in a grocery store lobby to make a copy of my house key. It was a very easy process, and took only 5 minutes. After the process was initiated, an offer popped up onscreen: for an additional $1.00 the cut edge of the key would be smoothed out. I felt the service was already borderline too expensive, so I opted out of that. The finished key works perfectly in the door, but it does have a VERY sharp edge that seems like it would snag pockets and perhaps cut skin.”
