“My spouse is in The Phoenix Post-Acute and the staff has been amazing; they care for him as if he was a member of their own family. Everyone on the staff from maintenance to kitchen to the janitors to the Director, Russell is dedicated to the well-being and happiness of the residents. Russell frequently prepares BBQ for both the staff and the residents – he might be over the BBQ pit with briskets or hamburgers and hot dogs. We are not talking about a brisket – no, he is smoking food for everyone – probably 8 to 12 briskets (I have never counted). The staff amazes me with their dedication and attention to the needs and idiosyncrasies of the residents. Mr. Williams tirelessly cleans up after the residents, he even comes in on his day off, if he knows that there is an event that will generate unusual debris or if someone’s room needs special attention. The nurses have familiarized themselves with each resident and can anticipate and answer the individual needs of this diverse population. I hope that I have adequately expressed the immense gratitude that I feel for the staff and Director at the Phoenix. These people are amazing in their care for my loved one.”
