I was welcomed by friendly staff (Aly), and headed to the powder room to prep my skin (makeup remover provided). My lash artist assessed my needs, answered all my questions, and so super gentle!! I have sensitive skin plus really short, curly naturals lashes. The adhesive used didn’t irritate me at all. I was so relaxed that I fell asleep (I had shared that I’ve had back issues, and she used a wedge that was divine). Tel did an amazing job! “I was having some low back pain and saw this place when I was at the CVS. On a whim I decided to see if they could help my back. I am very glad I took a chance. I was a walk in but it was apparently slow so they got me right in mid-afternoon on a Friday. Angela met me at the front and asked what type of massage and for how long. I said my low back was bothering me and a one hour massage. It was $65 for an hour. I paid Angela and she led me to a room in the front and told me to lie on my front and left me with a towel. Location was tidy and clean. Angela came back shortly with my change and started a light shoulder and back rub to warm up my muscles through the towel. She'd then moved the towel and used some warm oil and got in with her elbows. It was wonderful. She has a real feel for where my issues are and gifted hands to work on these areas. She basically loosened me up from heel to neck and then put some hot stones on and left to answer the door. She came back and used the stones to smooth me over. I was very relaxed and my back spasms were gone. She had me turn over under the towel and massaged my chest and the front of my legs with the oil and then the stones. I was basically jelly. I received a full hour plus of treatment. Not sure what the problem was in the other review? Being shorted on time was certainly not my experience. Angela recommended next time I try suction cup therapy and that it was only $15 additional. I will be back to try this out. I will say this was a top quality massage, better than most I have had at expensive resorts. Angela is a Chinese lady but her English is very good and her skills are great. She said she trained in La Jolla.”

“I had permanent eyebrows applied several years ago at another business and it was a terrible experience. The ink never took and I had patchy scabs that lasted about a month and left a very faded uneven brow line. I decided that this procedure wouldn't work for my skin and since then I have been having my brows tinted every month, which lasts a couple of weeks at best. A couple of months ago I saw one of my fiends and her brows looked great. She referred me to her place and I set up an appointment. I was browsing for directions and saw an ad for "A Nurses Touch." I clicked on the link and was very impressed with the website - the information provided and how it was organized and the owner - Daisy Williams' credentials. She is a registered nurse who first began permanent makeup when one of her cancer patients with was going through chemotherapy. I immediately cancelled the other appointment and booked an appointment with her. The facility is beautiful & comfy and Daisy was amazing. She recommended getting "Powder Brows" instead of "Microblading" letting me know that even though the price was the same, the Powder Brows lasted much longer. She also advised me that she was able to apply a much stronger, medical grade numbing cream. I went with her recommendation and the procedure was great. Daisy let me know what was happening every step of the way and we chatted amicably throughout. Everything that I was told would happen after the procedure happened exactly as I was advised. After a few weeks, my brows were full and healing nicely. I absolutely love my brows now and get so many compliments. I feel great and look great - younger! Every time I look in the mirror and see my beautiful brows, I smile! I have since looked into getting electrolysis done as well as some of her other services. The value of what I received far outweighs the reasonable cost. Take it from me, A Nurses Touch is the way to go!”
