Thorton has done several jobs for me on both properties that we own. They have been professional, on time, and done an amazing job each time they have come. They are responsive any time we have had to call them. They even came out on a Sunday to do service for us on a unit they did not put in. I would highly recommend them.

The technician was on time and very professional. Once I told him the symptoms, he quickly went to the unit and determined the source of the problem ... a broken wire. It could have required pulling a whole new control cable, but he utilized a spare wire in the existing cable instead. The job took 30-45 minutes, but could have been much worse. Great job and very appreciative!

I called a different company. Their technician/owner told me that my service was fried and needed a new system. When I got his quote I called Thornton for a second opinion. I got an appointment that day and this technician fixed it! I'm so grateful that Thornton has employees that are knowledgeable, experienced, and care about their customers!

Ronny (technician) was friendly and courteous. Checked 2 systems out and diagnosed both. Made recommendations and gave different options for repairs needed. Did not pressure us into something but let us decide. I feel comfortable with Thornton and their people. Always professional. I don’t call anyone else since I found them years ago.

Nathan provided excellent service. He answered all of my questions and seemed to do a thorough job doing a cleaning/tune-up on the system. He also took the time to talk about what I might need to plan for as far as future repairs on my HVAC system and also provided estimates for the parts. First time experience with this company and I will definitely use them in the future.
