  As a Marine, I find it highly important to find the best fuel to stay fit and complete the mission. I have been subscribed to Meals by Chef Swole for a month, and each week the food keeps getting better and better! I used to spend hours every Sunday shopping, cooking, and meal prepping for myself--and that was mostly just rice, chicken and frozen vegetables. With the demands of my job, this just became too time consuming to be sustainable. Chef Swole makes it so much easier to have fresh and delicious meals every week without breaking the bank. Compared to other meal prep services in the area, Chef Swole by far provides the best value.

  After trying several different meal prep companies, Chef Swole comes through for the WIN! Meals change every week and are always fresh, super tasty, and fit my macros! As if you needed more of a reason to try them, Swole meals are really affordable and I'm actually saving money now by not wasting a single morsel of food each week. Highly recommend.

  AMAZING FOOD AND SERVICE!!! Results in 3 months! I have been struggling to eat clean and shed some weight since getting a desk job. I would try to cook my own clean meals and start off and would quit in a week or two. After trying a few meal prep services and different meal types I decided to try out Chef Swole due to the accommodation of Macro counting, customer service, delivery, food options, and taste. After 3 months of intermittent fasting and Carb cycling with meals provided by Chef Swole I've lost 17lbs in 3 months and 2 inches off of my waist. I'm finally on track to get my abs back after years of struggling. Chef Swole has gotten me focused on my goals and with an increased frequency (currently twice a week) in the gym and consistency I have no doubts I will obtain my goals. I have nothing but praises for Chef Swole and I stand by his services!!

  best meal prep in the DMV!! food is always delicious, fresh, clean, and packaging is airtight w/ no seepage. I've tried others due to a crazy schedule and Meals by Chef Swole more than delivers (like literally, they deliver themselves!) can't beat that service. Always a smile and welcoming brand. I highly recommend to anyone looking to eat clean especially those in training or people with hectic schedules.
