I started using A & L 15 years ago as the then owner was friends with my grandfather. They did great then and Mr. Desaram is continuing that legacy. He provided a thorough inspection of my car and a timely estimate. The shop was very communicative and kept me in the loop. Would highly recommend.
Worth my time and money. Mr. Desaram knows his cars and has given my solid advice on what needs to be done to my car. I'm really glad I followed his repair recommendations because the quality of my commute feels like it did when I first bought the car 8 years ago. His integrity and detail to quality workmanship is far beyond what i expected it to be because i was used to other shops (even dealerships) not providing the same detail.
I commute 110 miles round-trip 4 days a week and I'm really impressed with the quality, expertise and honesty that Mr Desaram at A&L has provided to me.
I will definitely continue to return to him for consultation and service.
Totally recommend - excellent customer service and I trust them. I've been coming to these mechanics for over a year - both at this location and his previous one. I drive a 16-yr-old car so I don't want to spend a lot of money on the car, and I don't have a car background and I trust them. They help me save money by telling me which repairs are required, optional, or wait-and-see. Always friendly, polite, and courteous. With the billing, they'll give me estimates, and when they can't, they explain why, so I'm not surprised. Have recommended them to friends as well.
