  The anticuchos were delicious and the chicken was super moist. The large bags of wood chips behind the counter showed how much authentic their cooking is. Mateo, who took our order, was very kind and attentive. Definitely worth a second visit!

  Their chicken a la brasa is THE BEST in the area for sure! ???????? I just had to talk about this new plate I tried my #2 at Inca Chicken. It's the "Breaded Steak and Egg" aka Sillpancho.
  
  Their rebranding is looking great. The quality and service is great as always. Congratulations INCA CHICKEN ???? ????????????????????????

  my wife and I thought they were really good. Seems that's a family owned restaurant. The son is very generous with the Ketchup unlike the lady...

  Great service, the quarter white chicken with yuca was decent. Needs crispier skin and more flavor on the chicken. Also, seasoning the yuca when it comes fresh out of the fryer would elevate the dish.
