Ascend is THE best fitness studio in the DMV. All of the instructors are very friendly and the community is like a family. The cycle studio and strength training studio (Underground) are extremely clean and updated. If you want to be challenged, encouraged, and part of an awesome fitness community, try Ascend!

My go to instructors are Kat (owner), M.B., and Cole. Each instructor adds a personal element and passion that keeps me coming back week after week.
I have been to studios everywhere ( VA, D.C., CA, NV NY, OKC etc) and Ascend, hands down, is my #1.

I love this place! I have never really found a consistent workout until coming to Ascend and now I find myself here 5-6 days a week. I have done both spin and underground and find myself gravitating more to the underground classes now. The workouts are challenging and varied so I don’t get bored. The instructors are awesome. They take the time to get to know you and really encourage you all along the way. I love being part of this community and really feel that Ascend has changed my life! Thank you!!
