I love the two bedroom two level apartment. It’s very spacious. I love that there is a in unit washer and dryer so I don’t have to share with other people or drive to a cleaners. The maintenance staff is very prompt and professional. The cleaning staff pays attention to detail and makes sure the areas are really clean. Damon the property manager is also very helpful. We have not had any issues with rodents or insects. I can only recall one time during the summer we had an issue with flies but someone came and sprayed and did not have an issue after that.
I love this place. I recently moved up from Florida, and the move-in process was super simple. Erica was a great help with any questions I had, or anything during the application process. The maintenance crews do a fantastic job of upholding the cleanliness of property, as well as being super friendly people. The location is also perfect, it's far enough from the city to not experience bad traffic but also just close enough that I can do anything I wish at a moments notice. I take 395 to work, and that's right up the road so I'm super thankful to be so close. Lastly, the unit itself is exactly what the pictures show. The appliances are all brand-new stainless steel, white countertops and in-unit washer/dryer. I've been here 2 months, and haven't had any issues, I can confidently say I love it here and would definitely recommend Foxchase to anyone looking in the area!

Foxchase offers great value for newly renovated apartments with smart home features! From the property manager to the after-hours maintenance workers, everyone is responsive and friendly at Foxchase. The location is exceptional, only 17 minutes to downtown DC. There are 4 gyms and 4 pools. Taney Park, Ben Brenman Park, and other parks are all within a short walking distance. Foxchase shopping center is also a convenient short walk with plenty of restaurants to choose from. Harris Teeter and Aldi’s groceries are all on the same corner. It’s a great comfortable place to live in, very close to DC (3 minutes to 395) but also far enough for peace and quiet.
My boyfriend and I have lived here since July and so far so good! The lease and move in process was so easy and we are in one of the newly renovated units that offer a lot of really nice amenities. When we put in service requests through our resident portal, we're always met with timely answers and maintenance is always very kind. The apartments are also a good mix of being close to downtown Alexandria/ DC and being far enough away to enjoy trees and nature with our dogs. Nothing to complain about so far!
