I've been told from many customers that Paul makes them comfortable when explaining issues that may arise with their pools or if they are wanting renovations or a new pool. Matt works hard on designing new pool building plans to give the customers what they are looking for in a new pool and lays out the entire process and reasonable timeline so the customer knows from the start what to expect.
