(May 17, 2023, 3:22 pm)Quality Guanciale is not easily sourced in the USA. I have ordered from over a dozen different purveyors including some highly reviewed NYC locations.
The Terra di Siena guanciale beats them all. A fantastic product and essential when making my favorite Italian dish - Gricia.
(September 8, 2017, 11:13 am)I'm happy to here that Mast Meats are back in Amelia. I too had an issue with the previous owners. The Masts are a great family who are customer friendly. They do great work and are honest and considerate to hunters. Would highly recommend processing your deer with Mast Meats.

They have all been processed within the last year and I could not be happier with the service and the quality of meat I was sold. I have tasted other farm to table meats and they do not compare to CR. I will continue to do business with Denise and her crew they are amazing.
