I cannot say enough good things about this company and their technician Travis. He arrived promptly at the time I picked and got right to work. He was friendly, informative and respected our home. We have never had rugs cleaned before as we always had wood floors. Travis took the time to explain the process to us and worked like a trooper on our very dirty carpets. We are so pleased with the out come. Carpets are 100% better than before and so soft. Nice to have piece of mind that the dirt and odours are gone.
