I went to the stop smoking seminar not expecting much. Dr. Flora told me at the time that helping people to stop smoking was one of the easiest things for him to help people with.
After 45 min. I walked out a non-smoker! It was so easy, I wished I had done it 10 years ago! Thank you Dr. Flora! I smell better and feel better.
I will be coming back for the weight loss session. :>)
