Brazen Fitness

The staff are incredibly helpful and are definitely invested in seeing you grow and improve. The classes helped me reach my goals and I hit my PRs for many of the lifts.

I had to forget whatever stereotypes I had picked up about CrossFit type workouts, because this place consistently delivered great physical training in a supportive and intelligently programmed fashion without a lot of hype and excess. Huge fan!

I recently joined Brazen Fitness after a long hiatus from a gym. Brazen Fitness was the perfect place to jump back in. They have created an environment that is welcoming and inclusive of all fitness levels. Most importantly the coaching staff is organized, approachable, and engaging.

I travel a lot. A LOT. 180,000 miles just in one year and coming back to South Arlington is like coming home. Doesn't matter if it the first time or the 27th time I run into a fellow athlete or coach here, the vibe is the same. "How can we help make you better." The location is a hidden gem! Metro close and Walk to the Pentagon or Crystal City. Plenty of green space and healthy eating options in the local area. If you are a Govie or military, if you drop in, make sure they know it as they will take good care of you. For many of us, functional fitness is a way of life and the coaches at South Arlington live it- very experienced and they teach, support, and a kick in the butt if you need it. Drop in. Updated review. Mehdi & Edith run an absolutely amazing shop here at South Arlington to make it feel like you're working out with a family instead of a generic gym membership. Between how much management cares, the excellent facility and the amazing community involved you really can't find a better gym in the NOVA area. Highly recommended.
