Very responsive and reasonable prices. I anticipated, given the busy service bays and waiting vehicles, a several day wait. Within 2 hours I had the prognosis and a couple hours later it was ready. These are going to be my go to Honda fixers!

Excellent customer service. First I took my car to the Toyota dealership for repair for but they didn't know what was the problem.
I am so glad I came here for consultation and they fixed my car.

They've done 5 star work for me in the past. -1 star as they refused to do repairs using my own parts when I recently injured about a brake job. Since I had already purchased rotors and pads of my choosing, after having conducted much research, I had to take my business elsewhere. Perhaps they had issues with customers who supplied wrong parts in the past. Maybe a better solution, like the shop I used, would be to allow customers to supply their parts but not warranty the work. In this day and age, some people prefer to do their own research and excecisse control of what parts they wish to use.

I had to have my car towed here after it broke down on the side of the highway. They found a leak in the radiator and were able to replace it in a day! The service person did a good job explaining the other issues they found with my car that need to be fixed soon but not right now. Their prices seem to be competitive and pretty reasonable compared to other indepent auto shops. I will probably be back to get some of that follow up work done soon!
