We were very happy with our recent interaction with Bray and Scarff. Tyrone Gibson has been a reliable and outstanding representative of Bray and Scarff over the past 7 years or so. He always gets the job done whether it involves finding the right appliance to fit a peculiarly sized place or helping us arrange for a suitable replacement.

Katie is fantastic to work with. She is helping us outfit our new apartment and is very knowledgeable and helpful. With the current circumstances and everything going on with the world she really made the best experience we could ever ask for. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a stress free experience. Great service! Walked in and was immediately greeted by Ali. He was very knowledgeable about the products. He was upfront about what he had in stock, which made for a much easier purchase. Will definitely go back for future purchases.

We've shopped at Bray & Starff a few times and have always had a top-notch experience. This past week was no exception. Our refrigerator died and given COVID, there have been backlogs on the manufacturing side we were going to have to deal with. But, our sales person, Ali, was able to get us a new refrigerator within days! He has helped us before and has always been not only knowledgeable but also personable -- with impeccable service skills. I would recommend Bray & Scarff (and Ali) to anyone.
