I went to Susan because I needed professional help to get back on a healthy diet after my pregnancy and lose a few pounds. Thanks to my appointments with Susan I was able to understand how my body works better and what it needs to be healthy and stay healthy while I lose some weight. I was able to implement all the tools Susan presented and have seen good results already. Most importantly, Susan was very professional, understanding and made me feel comfortable.
