Shawnee Fortes

We have been coming to this hotel for many many years for Christmas get together. The hotel is pet friendly and has a great pool but no hottub. There is a workout area and the lobby was very nice. My toddler spent most of her morning playing in the lobby and the staff were very friendly and nice about it. The front desk staff helped meet our needs the whole time. The cleaning staff seemed a little short when we were trying to get out of the room cause they were trying to get in the clean in. The breakfast is only served during the week which seemed odd to me but they did have breakfast sacks if you asked. Lots of good restaurants and stores in the area.
Update: found out my brother left his switch at the hotel after he checked out and the claimed they "couldn't find it" so it was very frustrating considering how much money everyone spent to he there and they couldn't be honest about something that was left in the room.

we had a great time at the location. staff was helpful when had question. however my brother in law had an issue when he left his switch in the room and when we called back they said they "couldn't find it" so we were rather upset about that. other than that I was able to make a request for ground floor and the room had enough space for my daughter's pack and play and the mattress was great. kept it well clean saw them clean everything every morning in the lobby.

It was very quiet stay! Hotel is equipped with central air conditioning that runs much more quiet in comparison to usual window units. Also my room had very good sound isolation. I was able to nap during the day on arrival and was staying in bed longer in the morning. Bathroom was equipped with separate shower and tube. Service was excellent, the hotel maintained well. There is relatively big indoor swimming pool.

All of the front desk staff were friendly, professional and efficient. Rooms were spacious and spotless. We called on second day for extra towels, and they were delivered within just a few minutes. The beds were very comfortable. We had a great dinner in the restaurant, complete with amazing service. I highly recommend staying here.

Great person to work with, made selling my home a very pleasant experience. Would highly recommend.

If I could give Shawnee more stars I would. She takes what she does serious and guides you to your perfect home. She really searches with you and makes sure you get the best deal. She is with you every step of the way in the process and gets you the help needed to get to your goal. It's not just a business transaction to her it's a lasting relationship.
