(August 20, 2020, 1:59 pm)Their work was incredible. They finished it weeks ahead of the timeframe I requested. Dropped off my hitch for repairs and they went above and beyond the service I asked of them and made it work better than when it was new. I worked directly with the owner and they charged me so little I offered to pay more just out of satisfaction of their incredible service. It was worth going 45 minutes out of my way for this company. I definitely will be going to them again and recommend everyone else should too.
(August 19, 2020, 6:52 am)I brought my travel trailer in for a state inspection. The inspector noticed a bald spot on one of my tires so my trailer failed inspection. When I asked if they had a replacement in stock they looked and did not. The place was very busy and other trucks and RV’s were parked around the lot. They could have sent me on my way and had me come back when the tire came in and had me pay for a failed inspection. Instead they found a place for me to park my trailer, they went and picked up a new tire, replaced it, completed the inspection then called me when my camper was ready for pick up. West Service found a way to fit me in and get me on my way. Very professional and excellent service. Thank you!

(July 11, 2020, 2:04 pm)My husband took our RV in for a state inspection and oil change. He was pleased with the service they provided. The tech was able to advise and answer questions he had about the frequency of oil changes and tires.
