I’ve called for consultation and Bill Doran was awesome in helping me to get my case started. I was so emotional just describing the car accident of how I was all alone in the car. And all of a sudden a car crashed into my driver’s side really hard. I did not realized of how I was still emotional from the crash as well as being in pain. When I first moved here to Camden Old Creek I was impressed with the neighborhood. Now living here for over a year I am still as impressed as I was when I moved in. The staff are beyond helpful, professional, and most importantly stay involved in keeping their residents happy. All requests are answered quickly and thoroughly to include disputes in the rare times they occur. Neighbors are respectful, friendly, working class people who keep to themselves. Typically there is always parking spaces with options for reserved spaces if needed. Hands down one of the best places I've lived in a very long time.

Just signed my second lease here and love living at Camden Old Creek. Nice locaion, and prices are comparable to apartments in San Marcos and Vista. The front office is very helpful and responsive. The maintenance crew is the best I've experienced from an apartment complex. They are quick to fix any issues we have and always polite.

My husband and i leased here for almost a year, and i have no complaints. Staff were so friendly (Amy is the best!) the apartments were so modern, everything worked perfectly, very friendly neighbors as well, maintenance came very quick if needed, and the parking was very spacious as well which is not common i feel in California. We loved living here. This was our first apartment as a married couple and it was such a wonderful experience, as i hear stories about how some apartments can be nightmares. This was not. We even got our full deposit back minus cleaning and the remainder of our bills. The community board as well is very helpful for staying in the know with what’s going on around Camden. Since my husbands military we had to cut our lease early and there were no extra charges or anything (as it should be, but you know some landlords may try to not let you out or charge you). i really appreciate the wonderful experience we had living here

Camden Old Creek is a beautiful, peaceful place to live. We love how dog-friendly and clean the complex is. The updated interior in the apartment is beautiful and modern. From the marble counter tops, wood floors, updated appliances, and plentiful natural lighting, we've enjoyed calling this place home. We're in a 1-bedroom, but it's very spacious and open. For an apartment complex our privacy has never been compromised. We never hear neighbors through the walls. The complex is within beautiful neighborhoods walk-able to San Elijo town center. We've discovered multiple trails that connect near Camden, too. On top of that, the staff is warm and welcoming. Amy has helped to make us feel at home from day 1 and is ALWAYS kind and friendly. She knows the tenants and cares about their well-being. Great place to live.

Camden has been a great home to us and we are sad to say goodbye. If we weren't moving soon we would be renewing AGAIN! When we return from the east coast, we will try to lease with Camden as our first choice.

With exceptional staff, maintenance crew, and great apartments there isn't a better place to call home in the San Marcos and neighboring areas. The leasing staff will find you the perfect fit and is truly ALWAYS available. Via phone or email the staff has proved very knowledgeable and eager to help! I worked closely with Amy and she was amazing. I couldn't have asked for a better person to answer all my questions and make sure we felt comfortable signing a lease.

All of my maintenance requests were completed on the same day I put the request in. Our washer went out once and while maintenance was checking if they had the part in house to fix or not, they brought me a new one so I didn't have to go without! They are also extremely friendly and happy to take care of what is needed.

You can't find a better place to live that is kid and pet friendly to this extent. The neighbor hood is encompassed by children of all ages, pets, and great residents! The units are also brand new and look GREAT. Thank you for being the perfect home Camden!
