(August 14, 2022, 3:10 pm)I cannot say enough positive things about this local business. It took me quite a long time to decide on my products. The staff were so patient with the many, many samples I borrowed and always had time to answer questions to help me fulfill my design vision. Their work was exemplary - very dependable and worked with me every step of the way. With my home being over 30 years old, there were structural issues to overcome. The staff went the extra mile to make sure the foundation of the product was sufficiently level to achieve excellent results. Even with an accidental breakage that could have happened to anyone, Floors Unlimited assured me they would make the situation right and followed through in short order. I'm sure it had to impact their profit for the job, but they took care of business with my satisfaction obviously being the end goal. Their custom service, industry expertise, and dedication to providing a positive customer experience are of the highest quality. I would highly recommend them for all flooring needs.
(June 17, 2022, 6:34 pm)Floors Unlimited is a local business that sells and installs all types of flooring. Phil ( the owner) and Terry (salesperson) were very pleasant to deal with and listened carefully to what we were looking for. The prices for good quality carpeting were fair and reasonable and we decided to renew the carpeting in our whole house (3 bedrooms, large room over the garage, hallways and stairs, living room and family room.
The installation crew (Geo, Carlos, and Lucas) were superior, hard working and real craftsmen who were proud of their work. They did all the work in a day and a half including moving all the furniture out and back in all the rooms.
I wouldn’t hesitate to use this company again.

(March 15, 2021, 3:07 pm)We had a great experience from start to finish with Floors Unlimited. We picked out kitchen tile on a Friday afternoon and Phil was at our home the following Monday to measure and provide a quote. Once we signed our contract, Phil kept in touch and we were even able to move our installation date up a week. The gentlemen who installed the tile arrived timely and did a great job. Once the job was complete they went out of their way to clean up the dust and debris. We would recommend Floors Unlimited to friends and family.

We purchased new construction a few years back and wanted to locate the same material to continue the engineered hardwood flooring to an additional area. After finding this company was one of the vendors who carried the same product, we worked with Terry to get an estimate to extend the flooring. He came out to provide a free estimate and verify the type and size of the planks we needed. He was very helpful in going over everything with us during his visit. We never had any issues, and the installers did an exceptional job! The floor transition from room to room is unnoticeable. The installers respected our home and cleaned up before they departed. We are pleased with the install and would happily do business with them again!
