(November 17, 2016, 11:00 am)If you are looking for a kind and loving environment for your loved one in Chesapeake, you have found the place, look no further. My parents moved to Cedar Manor three years ago. My mother was in the end stages of Alzheimers disease and the burden of trying to care for her was taking a toll on my Dad’s health. It was a very tough decision for the family to move them out of their beautiful home of so many years but it was time. The team at Cedar Manor absolutely held our hand through this very difficult transition. To be able to put my head on my pillow each night and know that my parents were safe and had very kind, loving people surrounding them each day was a true gift. Once you walk through the door of Cedar Manor, you will see it is not like any other assisted living facility. There is a great sense of family there.
