I have to say Carlos is a wonderful maintenance crew member as well, always happy and cordial!
The summer is always fun here too, from the big pool to all the barbeques you can handle!

I like almost everything about it. They have a recorded package room to help keep packages from getting stolen. There's valet trash yet the halls don't seem to smell. The pool area is nice and big. The fitness center is pretty good, and the area itself is fairly quiet.

Community-wise, it does seem to be a little lackluster so far; there is a website where you can interact with the community but it seems to be very inactive, limited and not intuitive in some areas. I also don't believe there have been any activities held where residents can interact with each other, so it'd be cool if that improved.

My apartment is new, clean and in a neat location. It came with appliances already, has granite counter tops in the kitchen and a lovely farmhouse sink. Still, I'm sure not every apartment here is as awesome, so make sure to tour before you apply. I've heard the walls can be thin, so noise might be an issue depending on your neighbors and what's around you.

Alexis helped me tour my apartment about 2 weeks ago, and she was very helpful with making the leasing process simple and more convenient. Whenever I have a question that Alexis is unsure of, she seems to have no problem finding the information necessary to answer me back later.

The Davis has been a pleasure to stay at for the last six or so months. The entire staff is extremely helpful and courteous, and been nothing but helpful throughout my time living here. Special shout out to Saige how took me on my original tour of The Davis, as she was extremely friendly to not only myself but my family who came with me. She took the time to get to know us, and months later recognized by face and name when I walked into the front office. I personally could not recommend this place more, not only for the apartment itself but for the friendly staff who makes the experience that much easier. Also special shout-out to Carlos from the maintenance team, he is always quick and courteous. It’s always a pleasure having him in the apartment to fix anything.

I do wish the hallways would get cleaned regularly and not just 2 times a year.
I’ve lived there 3 years and have yet to enjoy the fire pits. It’s an amenity they removed due to “covid” but was never brought back.
Club house is only open during office hours which isn’t convenient.

Love this property! Jamie, sage, are doing great with making everyone feel comfortable and apart of the community tonight at the movie night! The entire team is amazing! If you all want movies nights, cookouts, drinks and more! Choose the davis as you home! Here’s proof! Don’t miss out!
