Absolutely wonderful experience! The entire team was friendly, patient, and so great with my daughter. Ms. Gwen was especially amazing — she took her time, explained everything, and made my daughter feel completely comfortable. You can tell she truly cares about her patients. I called kinda short notice for a filling on my front tooth. I was scheduled for 3 days later. Took about 15 min to fix my tooth. Looks exactly like it’s suppose to! Beautiful. They are friendly , efficient, professional and I’m so glad I get to go here for my dental care I’m a veteran of 34 yrs working as a Dental hygienist in the Chesapeake and Va Beach area. Seen a lot of different offices doing ALOT of different things. I’m so glad to be a patient of Dr. Grube’s !

The check in process was seamless and they were right on time. The office and treatment areas were very clean and relaxing.
My hygienist , Liza, was professional, thorough and very efficient.
The doctor was pleasant and professional as well.
It’s very nice to find a comfortable place to go that doesn’t require 18 months to book a cleaning.

Went in for a teeth cleaning with Julie today, she did an outstanding cleaning as she always does. She really is very interesting to talk to, her knowledge about history and National parks are awesome. Dr. Grube performed his exam, and he really takes the time to explain everything to you about the exam. He tells you exactly the way it is holds nothing back which I like. Charisse at the front office is always there to greet you with a warm smile, she is really helpful with any issues that may arise with insurance coverages. The entire office staff are truly very professional, don't just take my word for it go in and experience what you would expect from a staff that really care and not just out to take your money. I don't give out Attaboys if they are not justified, I like to tell sea stories & Lynnhaven Mall stories when I was the Security Director for 15 years. They take the time to listen, and I feel I'm holding them up but they never make me feel like they are not interested. So if you are looking for a dentist office, that will honestly treat you like a family member! I recommend Dr. Grube & staff. Don't believe me a total stranger, drop in and give them a try you won't be sorry.
